How do I make a booking?
You can book directly on our website, by phone/WhatsApp, or through your travel advisor. Choose your dates and room category, share traveller details, and pay the deposit to confirm. A confirmation invoice is issued instantly.
Can I customize the itinerary?
Yes. All trips are fully customizable—add nights, change hotels, upgrade transfers, or include special experiences. Tell us your preferences and we’ll revise the plan within 24 hours.
What’s included in my package?
Inclusions are listed on your quotation and typically cover accommodation, daily breakfast, private transfers, guided activities as specified, and applicable taxes. Flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses are excluded unless stated.
When will I receive my vouchers and final documents?
You’ll receive a booking confirmation immediately. Final vouchers, guide contacts, and pickup details are sent 1–2 days before departure (or sooner for last-minute bookings).
Can I add extra travellers or rooms later?
Subject to availability, yes. Pricing may change based on current rates. We’ll reconfirm hotels and transport before collecting any additional payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and international wire transfers. For corporate bookings, purchase orders can be arranged on request.
Is there a payment schedule?
A deposit confirms your reservation, with the balance typically due 14–30 days before travel (varies by season and property). Last-minute trips may require full payment at booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the season and suppliers. In general: fully refundable within a short cooling-off window, partially refundable up to a stated cut-off, and non-refundable inside the final window. Your invoice shows the exact dates and amounts.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. International banks may take longer to credit the funds.
Do prices change after I book?
Once paid, your confirmed services are locked in. Only requested changes (date/room/flight class) would alter the price, which we’ll quote before proceeding.
Do I need a passport or visa?
Domestic travellers require government-issued ID; international travellers need a valid passport and, in many cases, a visa. We provide guidance and supporting documents, but visa issuance is at the discretion of the consulate.
Is travel insurance required?
Highly recommended. Insurance protects against medical emergencies, trip delays, cancellations, and baggage loss. Share your policy details so we can assist in case of a claim.
Are vaccinations or medical clearances needed?
Requirements vary by destination and traveller health. Please consult your physician. If you have specific needs (CPAP, medication storage, mobility support), inform us so we can coordinate.
What are the baggage allowances?
Airline allowances differ by route and fare class. We’ll include your ticketed allowance on the final docs; note that small aircraft and certain road segments may have stricter limits.
Can minors travel without both parents?
Some destinations require consent letters or additional ID. Let us know early so we can advise on the correct documentation.
Will I have a tour guide during my trip?
Yes—guided services are included where specified in your itinerary (city tours, trekking days, monument visits, etc.). You’ll receive your guide’s name and contact in advance. Private guides can be added for additional days on request.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We actively monitor flights. Your airport pickup will be adjusted, and any downstream services (hotel check-in, activities) will be re-sequenced where possible. If an overnight is required due to airline disruption, we’ll assist with arrangements and documentation for your claim.
Can I request special meals during the trip?
Absolutely. We cater to vegetarian, Jain, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, and allergy-aware meals where available. Share your preferences at least 72 hours prior so we can coordinate with hotels and partners.
What should I do if I lose my belongings?
Contact our 24/7 support immediately. We’ll help file reports with the hotel/transport operator and local authorities, track items, and provide documentation for insurance claims. Keep digital copies of key IDs and tickets.
Is there 24/7 customer support while traveling?
Yes. Your final documents include a dedicated emergency number and WhatsApp line available round-the-clock for itinerary changes, delays, medical assistance coordination, or any on-trip support.
Is Wi-Fi available during the trip?
Most hotels provide complimentary Wi-Fi; connectivity during transfers or remote excursions can be limited. Portable hotspots or local eSIMs can be arranged on request.
