How do I make a booking?

You can book directly on our website, by phone/WhatsApp, or through your travel advisor. Choose your dates and room category, share traveller details, and pay the deposit to confirm. A confirmation invoice is issued instantly.

Yes. All trips are fully customizable—add nights, change hotels, upgrade transfers, or include special experiences. Tell us your preferences and we’ll revise the plan within 24 hours.

Inclusions are listed on your quotation and typically cover accommodation, daily breakfast, private transfers, guided activities as specified, and applicable taxes. Flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses are excluded unless stated.

You’ll receive a booking confirmation immediately. Final vouchers, guide contacts, and pickup details are sent 1–2 days before departure (or sooner for last-minute bookings).

Subject to availability, yes. Pricing may change based on current rates. We’ll reconfirm hotels and transport before collecting any additional payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and international wire transfers. For corporate bookings, purchase orders can be arranged on request.

A deposit confirms your reservation, with the balance typically due 14–30 days before travel (varies by season and property). Last-minute trips may require full payment at booking.

Cancellation terms depend on the season and suppliers. In general: fully refundable within a short cooling-off window, partially refundable up to a stated cut-off, and non-refundable inside the final window. Your invoice shows the exact dates and amounts.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. International banks may take longer to credit the funds.

Once paid, your confirmed services are locked in. Only requested changes (date/room/flight class) would alter the price, which we’ll quote before proceeding.

Do I need a passport or visa?

Domestic travellers require government-issued ID; international travellers need a valid passport and, in many cases, a visa. We provide guidance and supporting documents, but visa issuance is at the discretion of the consulate.

Highly recommended. Insurance protects against medical emergencies, trip delays, cancellations, and baggage loss. Share your policy details so we can assist in case of a claim.

Requirements vary by destination and traveller health. Please consult your physician. If you have specific needs (CPAP, medication storage, mobility support), inform us so we can coordinate.

Will I have a tour guide during my trip?

Yes—guided services are included where specified in your itinerary (city tours, trekking days, monument visits, etc.). You’ll receive your guide’s name and contact in advance. Private guides can be added for additional days on request.

We actively monitor flights. Your airport pickup will be adjusted, and any downstream services (hotel check-in, activities) will be re-sequenced where possible. If an overnight is required due to airline disruption, we’ll assist with arrangements and documentation for your claim.

Absolutely. We cater to vegetarian, Jain, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, and allergy-aware meals where available. Share your preferences at least 72 hours prior so we can coordinate with hotels and partners.
